Customer Responsibility
Our service agreement outlines the responsibilities of both Clean Trail and our customers. Customers are expected to provide clear access to the removal site and ensure that all items are ready for pickup. Clean Trail will strive to complete the job efficiently and with minimal disruption to your property. By using our services, you consent to the terms stated herein.
Payment and Refunds
All estimates provided by Clean Trail are subject to confirmation through an onsite review. Payment is due upon job completion, and we accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Refunds may be issued if a service is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. Otherwise, Clean Trail reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. For any issues related to service quality, customers must contact us within 48 hours of service performance to discuss potential resolutions.
Liability Waiver Agreement
By utilizing our junk removal services, clients agree to hold Clean Trail harmless from any potential claims or liabilities that may arise from items removed from their property. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the premises or other unforeseen accidents. Clean Trail is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and responsibility; however, customers must assume full responsibility for the items being removed.
